If you schedule an appointment at the link above, please specify that you are interested in working with me so you are not accidentally paired with a different therapist!

My availability: *Subject to change as I expand in-person hours. I am sometimes able to add time slots at 5 or 6 PM if needed and if I am available. My summer availability will expand to 5 or 6 PM each day from the first week of June through the last week of August.

Monday: 10 AM to 3 PM telehealth or in-person

Tuesday: 9 AM to 3 PM telehealth only

Wednesday: 9 AM to 3 PM telehealth or in-person

Thursday: 9 AM to 3 PM telehealth only

Friday: 9 AM to 5 PM telehealth or in-person

Location: In-person at 900 Granby Street, Norfolk, VA 23510 or virtual for telehealth meetings.
